Rohe Law has a mock courtroom in its Tavares office to prepare clients for appearing in Court, and practice trial skills. A.J. Rohe spends a significant amount of time studying new case law, researching, and serving on committees related to the practice. He devotes approximately one half hour per day to classes for the entire support staff. It is his philosophy that the investment of time in having a more experienced and educated staff makes the operation much more efficient and effective. He employs the same approach to his analysis and handling of litigation. The investment of time in being prepared and knowledgeable and developing a thoroughly-thought-out strategy before making the moves may be more time-consuming but greatly increases the odds of a favorable outcome.
